What can I expect from the event?

Where is the experience located?

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

This experience is held indoors in a venue without air conditioning.

How long does the experience last?

For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 60 minutes at this experience.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event. To view a list of nearby cafes and restaurants click here.

Is there parking available?

There is free parking on Ann Street and paid parking on Nelson Place. The site can also be accessed by train with Williamstown train station an 8 minute walk away. Ferries are available from Southbank via Melbourne River Cruises or from Port Melbourne or St Kilda via St Kilda Ferry.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted. It is recommended that you arrive 5-10 minutes before the session time stated on your ticket.

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.

The experience is accessible for deaf people. It will be difficult for visually impaired people to enjoy the photo exhibition but there are audio files for people to scan a QR code and listen to.

This event won't include strobe lights.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.

Will restrooms be available on site?

This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
